I've been looking forward to Coda 2 fixing all those little minor flaws in Coda for what seems like forever. Now it's out, I can't help but feel a little disappointed for Panic. They've missed an opportunity. Should have released early and often. Sublime Text 2 has supplanted Coda. Even with Coda 2's really beautiful niceties, the cross platform brilliance of Sublime seems likely to win out.

Google does the semantic web

Except they call it the "knowledge graph".

Notwithstanding all the snide remarks, disinformation, cranks, wonks and derailers, the semantic web is at its core an awesome idea. It's just an idea with an arc of about 20 years to reach true usefulness. I reckon we're past the halfway point on that arc.
