Hi Dee, if you get lucky a physiological specialist may read this, such is the curiosity of the internet that your question may get answered. I for one, am not qualified in such matters so I can't even give a smidgen of an opinion. If it were me, I'd book an appointment with a medic and get a professional opinion.

Hello, I am writting to you seeking knowledge.

I was quickly moving by a weight center and the dip bar smacked into my upper schoulder. Since then, when I move a certain way, I am dibilitated with extraordinary pain that puts me down quickly. At first I thought that I had bruised the top of my shoulder, but know I feel that I actually bruised a pressure point. is that possible and will it eventually heal?

Please respond,
Dee
