A nice valentines day run. How romantic. So, now I know that one full lap of Portsmouth is 15 miles (with a few loops to compensate for the bits where we can’t run due to RN installations).

It was just two of us my group today, the rest were obviously a little more valentine oriented (or “less committed”, or even “more sensible”, depending on your standpoint).

Em also ran well in her group with all of our aches and pains seemingly cleared up. So good news all round.

Here’s a map of the run with the usual measurements. The red circle points out where I messed up the measurement so had to start again – it adds up to more than 15 miles though – so I’m happy, and on target for the 26 still
