An Easy Run

Tonight’s club run was a very light five miler and we barely broke a sweat.
This was just enough distance to call it a run, but intended to sap the minimum amount of energy in preparation for the weekend when we’re doing “a 15″ for the first time.
Club nights at Portsmouth Joggers are always busy with many people meeting up, and forming several running groups.
