A nice run around Cosham and the surrounding area tonight.

I have slight blistering on my instep due to my shoes rubbing. I’ve worn them in now, so that points to a lack of compatibility between my foot and the shoe.

Gutted.

They were 70quid from a reputable shop who know what they’re doing, so it’s just bad luck rather than bad planning.
