		<description>Hey i have been doing GKR for about 3yrs now, and i found the key to improving those stances are to hold them in a relativly long position whilst holding 10kgs weights. this does wonders for your sumo stance as your able to hold it lower for longer, problem is you do need to do it quite regularly, as well as streches in order to maintain stances</description>
