Jedi Training Tip
The clocks went forward this weekend, so my body was a little unprepared for a circuit class which started at the equivalent of 05:45.
Useful training tip: I use Ben Kenobi’s Jedi-mind-trick to make myself believe I’m not knackered; this only has an influence on the weak-minded, so it might not work for everyone.
Analysis of last weeks runs shows that for the third week I’ve run more than 40 miles. So I’m very happy with the way the training is going. Additionally, we’re now only £378 away from the £2000 marker, so the sponsorship is also going well. So thank you again sponsors!
