They had to come in and work the last day, or else they would not get paid redundancy, being deemed to have left of their own accord. They then were offered their jobs back under the new name Satlink, subject to a new application form and contract of employment.Therefore the old C of E would become void, and staff would be treated as new starters, losing accrued extra holiday days and other long term benefits. All very well, but those that decided they had had a gutfull and chose NOT to go back and work for the Crooks got no money in lieu of notice,no wages, no holiday pay and no redundancy money,only finally getting paid after a long battle by the Citizens Advice Bureau.....big it up for Stuart from CAB for all of his hard work!!
