Nice and easy tonight (map) - more of a jog really, lots of lower leg pain after yesterdays speedy hills.

5 Miles around Portsmouth University

I’m getting the impression that speed work = pain for 5 days afterwards. I recall something about saying I’d not do any more of it until after the marathon. Perhaps I should re-read my earlier comments.
