Hi Both! (+ Steve)

We thought about you today as we watched the 2007 London marathon from the comfort of our armchairs!

All three of you did something that day in 2004 of which you can be proud for the rest of your lives.

(We saw a bloke today who was scoffing jelly babies, just like you, Em.)

Having been honoured to clutch your medals in our sweaty paws, and having followed all the careful and grueling training which the three of you put in, we were better able to appreciate the enormous efforts of the runners today.

I suppose the best part of any 'marathon' of whatever kind, has to be the finishing of it?
