		<description>You should look up guitarpro or powertab.  They play midi versions of the songs and color highlight the notes as they come up.

I like guitarpro a majority of the time, but if you play a lot of metal you might like powertab more.  Only because powertab is just better designed for switching between distortion/clean without needing a separate guitar added to the page.
