Pancake Day Run

A short run tonight Just five miles.

I t’s the first after the long one it’s a bit sensible to start off slowly again. We’ll probably do another 5 miler tomorrow in addition to circuits.
Now though, it’s pancake day, so we’re going to have some yummy tea. Hooray for pancakes and their high carbohydrate and sugar levels.
