I’ve managed to get this (wordpress based) website moved over to a permalink structure using apache rewriting - that will mean absolutely nothing to non-teccy people, but, users of my MostWanted plugin who have asked if it can work with permalinks will be pleased to know that I can now do the necessary tweaking to make it happen. Watch this space.

Apologies also, to anyone whose RSS reader has pulled down multiple copies of the last ‘n’ stories as i’ve been switching the files around - getting it all to work has meant that several incarnations of non-existent stories may have been picked up by some people.
