Running, not Jogging

Tonight’s run was really enjoyable. It was fast, and it was long, a proper workout which is significantly differnt to the marathon pace plod’s we’ve had to put in recently, this was proper running, at speed, pretty much on the limit for the whole time so I’m very wibbly afterwards 90 mins.

This run gave me no pain afterwards, at all, so I’m concluding that marathon pace is too slow for me and makes me shorten my stride too much.

May I take this opportunity to wish a happy birthday to Lisa, the giver of pain our physio.
