Of all the hundreds of youngsters available, only two volunteers showed up.... and they were both decidedly punk... all in black and funny pins stuck everywhere. Not only did they do a full day collecting, they raised hundreds of pounds for the charity too.... and we had a lovely letter of thanks from the charity.... but the cynic in me has to ask the question... maybe everyone was as scared as you?
