I took the precaution of wearing a neoprene knee-support in circuits today.
My knee held up well, even during squat thrusts, shuttle runs and “burpee-press-up-star-jumps” (yes, it’s a combination of all three exercises which brings pain to just about every muscle in the body and makes your heart scream).
It’s now late in the day and I can further report that normality has been restored to all leg joints - it took 48 hours.
