I took the number given called back and had a very interesting conversation with a girl called Nic who informed me that they were a new company and that they had had loads of complaints about the Satelite warranty's so they were going to stop doing them, and that i should stay clear of them covering my freesat box. I found this strange that a girl answering the phone should say this but upon questioning her she told me that she covered a reception in a business centre and didn't work for Homefix.
