Horrible Weather for Running
Mum summed it up: Horizontal daffodils.
Shin Philosophy
An evening club run tonight, and for some reason it hurt my shins so much that I considered turning back. At one point I turned around, then thought better of it and persevered.
Marathon Respect
A simple 8 mile run tonight, up and down the Tipner Lake waterside for one mile alternating between slow recovery runs (9 minute mile) with fast timed runs (5:40, 5:55, 6:05).
Start Monday Here
A nice circuit class followed by a 4.5 mile run. Is there a better start to Monday morning?

Challenging our physical expectations
Today we did a lap of Portsmouth , and threw in a little of the Cosham industrial sector before a brief woodland spell (map). Lovely.
Chilly Run
A cold one tonight, a strong cold wind from the south east brought flakes of snow.
Effortless Training
A really good run tonight.
Different Circuits
Circuits in the morning and an easy run in the evening.
The second 20 mile run
A second really long one. This time we started by running around Langstone Harbour, then headed inland, over Portsdown Hill, for some cross country.
Blisters
A nice run around Cosham and the surrounding area tonight.
