The second 20 mile run

A second really long one. This time we started by running around Langstone Harbour, then headed inland, over Portsdown Hill, for some cross country.
I find that by the end of 3.5 hours I’ve run out of water and JellyBabies. This means my running slows significantly. On race day there are regular water stops so I think it may actually be easier that training in some respects!
